My passion is to ignite the leader within. The traditional understanding of leadership is position. However, leadership is not title. It’s not position. It’s not power. It’s not stature. Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less (John Maxwell). At Leaders in Training (LiT), we want to debunk the idea that leaders are born. Leaders can be developed. We want to assist you in the pursuit of that. 

With over 15 years experience in Export Development and International Business, I’ve recognized the importance of connecting with people. The skill of learning to connect with others allowed me to transcend cultural and geographical boundaries. That’s influence. My study of business process has shown me that great process without the influence to lead is ineffective. It is the ability to connect and to influence that will take you and your organization to the next level. 

My desire to develop and add value to people led me to become a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer and speaker. I wanted to learn from the best in the world to provide the best in the world. I have over 25 years of public speaking experience in different contexts and in delivering biblical instruction. I’ve been privileged to help people pursue their goals and dreams while still finding that work-life balance. Being happily married with two young girls under the age of 3, I understand how important it is to maintain that balance.
