In December of 1987 I trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as my Saviour. I am thankful for the different individuals that God used to faithfully bring the gospel message to me. It was the scripture in Romans 10:9 that brought me to my knees to understand that I was a sinner and I needed the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

After my conversion, I began to preach the gospel and minister the Word of God. I have been doing this for the last 25 years. I became a certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher and Trainer because I want to help individuals and organizations meet their goals. What I appreciated about John Maxwell and his materials is that they are based on Christian values and that the principles presented work in the real world.

As Christians, we are citizens of heaven and pilgrims on earth. But while we are here, we must do what the Lord said: “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in Heaven” (Matthew 5:16). We are responsible for having a positive impact whether we are an employer or an employee. At Leaders in Training, we want to ignite the leader within you, knowing that God has a specific plan for each of our lives and how we should conduct ourselves as written in the Word of God.
